Project Overview

In 2018, PittaRosso, one of Italy’s leading footwear and apparel retailers, began a process to renew its digital presence. The objective was not only to update the e-commerce site, but to build a platform capable of supporting an omnichannel strategy in a highly competitive market.

PittaRosso chose Byte-Code to lead this transformation.

The Challenge

The brand needed an e-commerce experience able to scale in performance and integrate seamlessly with a wide network of physical stores. Beyond improving the user experience, the platform also had to support complex operations and raise the overall digital standard. The challenge was to design a fast, reliable, and flexible solution that could serve as a solid foundation for growth.

Our Strategy

We rebuilt the store on Shopify Plus, supported by XPHub to manage front-end requirements at scale. UX and UI were redesigned to create a clearer and more modern experience, with a strong focus on usability and conversion.

We integrated omnichannel features to better align online and in-store operations. Compliance, performance, and scalability were treated as core requirements to support both day-to-day operations and long-term evolution.

Results

The new platform delivered clear improvements in performance and usability. Customers benefit from a faster and smoother experience, while the business operates on a stronger digital foundation with improved omnichannel readiness.
