Interlaken, the holiday resort rich in tradition, in the heart of the Swiss alps, situated between the Lakes of Thun and Brienz and at the foot the famous trio of peaks, the Eiger, the Mönch and the Jungfrau.

Interlaken has excellent rail connections to the airports in Bern, Zurich and Geneva and is easy to reach from all the major Swiss motorways. Hotel guests can park in one of the hotel’s 40 free outdoor parking spaces or purchase a parking ticket for CHF 10.00, which allows parking in many of Interlaken’s public car parks for 24 hours.

A well maintained highway and "Autobahn" route connects Interlaken with airports at Zurich and Geneva as well as most large cities in Switzerland and Europe. "Autobahns" require a toll sticker. The toll sticker is available at the border or gas stations and post offices within Switzerland. The annual fee is CHF 40.00.
Interlaken is about 300 km from Milan and the trip takes about 3 hours.
Coming from Milan you reach Interlaken going through Como along the highway A9 then through Bellinzona along the highway E35/A2. Continue along the A8 towards Interlaken. Exit at Interlaken Ost and when you reach the second roundabout, take the first turnoff. After 200 m, turn left at the station, and after 100 m you will see the hotel on your right.
